This is a high precision lathe. It is capable of turning material up to five feet in length. It is equipped with a milling attachment.
This lathe is used to turn pick-up rollers and other pieces in excess of five feet.
This shows a 50 ton press.
This is a small oil field house. Raynard's fabricates the frames which are used by the oil workers at nearby sites.
The floors of these oil field shacks are solid steel.
Here again is Keith, cutting some steel in the shop.
Some of the equipment and tools in the shop.
Here is another shot of the 50 ton press.
Keith (again), checking out a completed metal truss. Raynard's has a fairly good business manufacturing metal trusses on a sub-contract basis. These are used mostly for metal clad buildings used in the oilfields.
